No, it won't. A cruise missile needs a couple of minutes to reach the target (from that distance). Only ground systems like S300-S400 and the US Patriots are potentially able to take them down. The strategic ICBM's can not be intercepted at all.

You don't understand it. First of all, Poland will not be asked. Those will be the US missiles and only the US command will decide when to use them or not. You will be just a cannon fodder. Please understand it:
those will be not your nukes and the USA will never allow you to get control over them. The second thing is that your country will turn into the first strike target. So the missiles will be operated by the United States, but in case of war your territory will be the first one to be bombed. Americans will have about a half of a hour to get into bunkers, while the regiment in Kaliningrad will destroy Poland in just 1-2 minutes. I'm not trying to scare you or so, I'm just trying to explain you the obvious things. If I'd be you, I'd never sign up for that shit.
The only nukes that can guaranty your security are your own nukes only.
