I have friend who wants to get back into webcam (USA). She has experience and is motivated.. she just bought a new laptop and webcam and is ready to go.

What programs should she sign up with?

Should I sign up and have her be a referral of mine?

( I don't want to take any money out of HER pocket but if I could make a few bucks that would be cool )
