I have used Elance a LOT, and was looking forward to a better UI when it was moved to Upwork. But the freelancers there suck/dont understand the terms.

I post a job, and within 15 minutes there are 50 freelancers that makes an offer. I find the best and request to "hire" them, and load the amount of $.

Now the freelancer have to accept the terms and deadline, and in 95% of the time, there is dead silence.... naaada.. Then 6 hours later they return and bitch about me taking the job Down, because they dident reply.


What the fuck is wrong with those idiots? It's like they dont understand basic business communications
