When you are on the ground already, there is No Other Option but to Stand Up. I hate those who keep struggling and agonizing on the floor, instead of getting themselves together and make an effort. It is not that tough, and if you do it once in your life, the second one will be way more easy (life is long and this won't be the last similar case, don't be naive!) and also you will have the self-confidence from the past successes.
Your age is indeed an important question, if you're young enough with dynamic comfort zone than moving to a different place on Earth could be good.

Do Not Drink! It won't help but will make it worse. Obviously I mean don't start drinking for days. Getting wasted for one night could be OK, With [At Least One] Friend.
Do you have a dog or a cat? They help too.
Do Listen to music, but not (always) loud one, it won't help you find your Inner Peace.
Do something GOOD. Do good to people around you. It will make you feel better and it is a good thing to do.
