My requirements are simply that I control the email address when a person no longer works here, but something mainstream enough that it doesn't automatically get marked as spam.

I have tried making personal gmails, and then putting them into the google apps gmail for them as pop account, then the worker never actually logs in to gmail and technically wont have the password but it just did not work the way it was supposed to. Email was not being delivered/received or something to that effect doing it this way.

[email protected] would be my preferred method of email rather than using a domain at all. But if a girl unexpectedly gets fired, or leaves then I can't shut the account down making a auto reply directing customers to a new girl who is similar to old girl.

ALSO yes the original headers are an issue, especially for girls who play multiple characters. So if she sends from amanda, it may say, originally sent from Kelly
Why not a Office365 account? I buy that for all my oursourced workers, when they Work for me more then a month. Its about $100 a year including a full "web" office suite.

Mananged the accounts from the webinterface, scale up/Down instantly when you on-board new workers

Gives you Skype for business, OneDrive and shared tasks/Schedules as well

Extra domains dont cost.. its pr. account
