What Trump actually said was the U.S. should have a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the U.S. until our representatives can figure out what's going on (with ISIS, terrorists, etc). Come the fuck on...really!?!? Just look around and look at some of the news headlines (hell, even look at thread titles here on GFY). Suckers are falling for it every second, and it's sad.

Sounds like you're the one hearing what you want to hear. There's no nuance to Trump's articulation (which is being generous to associate his speech with any form of articulation). What you hear is what you get, straight from the lizard side of his brain. It's all fear and aggression, and fearful types will latch onto it.
