Texas had a law against anal and oral sex. Just because a law exists doesn't mean it applies out of state and it doesn't mean that it is constitutional.
The First Amendment, which supercedes all laws, state or federal, says the following:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
You might check the parts about freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
While it might not be nice to do what these people are doing, it would seem to be protected by the Constitution.
