plummeting Russian economy or not, most people there are happy with his performance...
unlike the way things are over here, economy is doing more or less fine (could be way better under right leadership), and yet more than half the population are dissatisfied with Obama's performance and the direction the country is headed...
you think there is nothing wrong at all when less than half the population is happy with their leader's performance? Doesn't that suggest that the leader is not doing their job effectively?
