I don't trust to WHO stats. For example, only in 2014 consumption of vodka has dropped in 25% here, but there is no such information in WHO stats. As about Czechs, so we don't need any abstract statistics. Just look at the history of you country. My first granddad was killed by Nazis on battlefield, the second one went through 3 wars and died when he was 86. I bet your granddads were sleeping drunk in pissed off pants in some pub all that time. Always drunk nation can not win wars. PERIOD.
