I suggest you read the bills and for expediency, search; ctrl+F 'crim' and get to the substance of the bills and not listen to the talking head's (usually biased in one direction) interpretations.

You need to have a look at what the ACLU thinks about CISA.. You are being very naive if you think it's about Securty. They are increasing their ability to spy on citizens of this country.

Keep in mind, the CISA that was just passed is even worse than what that article was written about. You clearly haven't read it yourself if you think this bill doesn't do serious harm to our right to privacy..
