No, don't be an idiot. You can't get a visa for a bribe, simple because it's a multi-step procedure and there is no some single person who is responsible for the whole process. Russia is famous for corruption, but you have no single idea on how it really works.

As I mentioned above, it's much easier to get a visa to EU (just pay to a travel agency and give them your passport, which will be returned to you with the EU visa), but you will
go through real hell to get a Russian one (even if it's just a simple tourist visa). You said you can make it for a bribe? Ok go to a Russian consul in Prague and tell him: "ok man, here is a 1000 Euro bundle. It's yours, just make me a Russian visa". Go and try it and then come back with your report

It's about taste. Many foreign would prefer Russian
Большой Театр for ballet or opera. Comedy is also very specific thing. For example, I do not understand the American humor. It's too primitive for my mind. Russian humor is very close to French and British ones. As about music, so you will see all the same US and EU musicians doing their tours here. Metallica, Iron Maiden, Madonna, Sting... I don't know who you are listing for. They all performing here. Also Moscow is the best place on the World for a nightlife.
