just because Putin controlled media says these are the gunmen doesn't make it a fact... it would have been incredibly easy to put on a show for the sheep... just get 3 guys that already work for the secret service, pretend you are arresting them, leak some fake passports to the media, etc...
maybe they did it, who knows, but I would take anything that Russian media puts out with a grain of salt...
