I thought people liked to click less and scroll more?
So more videos shows it does have heaps of videos and they are quicker and easier to search for than clicking every few seconds to go to the next page.

I have ads in ad zones.. Nothing in the core area of the page.
I didn't think this was over the top as what else would I put in these areas ?

Good point on the flash banners. Why do you not like flash banners ?
