Dismissing shitty behavior as "we're just a proud people" is like the super cunty woman saying "most people think I'm a bitch just because I speak my mind". Nope! People think you're a bitch because you are a bitch. I've only heard great things about Quebec and Montreal as cities. Never once in my life heard a good thing about the people. Not even from Canadians.
