4) you would be able to earn a commission (yes, that is lower that usual, 20% MINUS payment processing commission fee). You will receive money directly into your account at selected payment processor and pay us 80% of the money paid by your customers.

That is only for $79/month. If you don't have enough traffic to cover $79/month fee then this is not for you and you can continue making other websites popular.
