I personally love this dish a lot:
but the most perfect pasta for me is:
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio! I like to create as much flavour with as less (FRESH!!!) products... That to me is italian cooking!
I do put a red peper in it... so spaghetti, garlic, red pepper and a little bit parsley... then parmesan cheese of course... that's all... hmmm delicious...
