If payment processing company charges 17% you would really receive only 3% but there are options for less commission. Keep in mind if user bough credits for $50 they usually don't spend all $50 and there is a balance remaining. It could be pretty high and on average more or less of 10%
Chargebacks are not good in any case but remember you keep financial workflow under control.

I wonder what happens when a customer charges back. By the sound of it you actually end up losing money overall when you account for refunds and chargebacks. But hey, you get your own mysql database with emails.
