What are you looking for? I know that some programs are paying up to $50 CPM for the right dating traffic - but are you looking to run your own set of offers, just sell traffic or use a CPA service?
Right now I am testing both
TrafficCompany and
BrokerBabe for mobile CPA. Both do well, for different country, carriers and OS combinations.
The easy route is just to sell all the traffic, but then you get paid less
