I don't think so. The Soviet shuttle program was financially ineffective, so this particular unit did only two flights and it was trashed after that. At least it hasn't killed a single cosmonaut. For example, 33% of all US-made shuttles have exploded and burned their astronaut crews. That's why the US astronauts now use Russian rockets only. They simple want to live and that's their right. Just pay and you'll get a guaranteed safe ride to the orbit.
