Tom, you need to step away from this before you do something foolish that will get you in more trouble than this moron is going to be in.
Go to the police and take EVERYTHING. Call the phone company and tell them to put a trap/trace on your line (some phone companies have them on there all the time and you need only punch in a few numbers to report the call). If you need to, change your phone number.
But let the authorities handle this nutcase because it looks like he's TRYING to make you do something dumb.
