You should contact everyone who has websites with TS content!
I think your strenght is that you have a good niche, but this is also your pitfall, because most affiliates are going for the mass. Altough if they are able to split there bannering, redirect ans pops based on category this could be a nice opportunity for you! If I were you I should focus on webmasters who has this specific content! Besides that you could always try to buy traffic yourself (if you don't do that already) Maybe there are also specific fora for this niche. I would look into that more.
