Just about any camcorder you can buy at Best Buy will produce pretty amazing HD video. It really depends on what your budget is and what you want to do. Canon makes some good camcorders that a lot of porn makers use. Sony and Panasonic are good too. Heck, even the iPhone 6 shoots 4K video now.
As for recording medium and storage almost every camcorder today records on SD cards which are cheap enough for you to also use for storage, or just transfer the footage to a hard drive.
