In 2012 it was new, simply. Since then, they added api's and features, more performers, just it is no more a new site. For affiliates, it is normal that pushing same offer causes saturation to own traffic source (web surfers already know it, so whatever you send there, they already got an account or so), need to change promoted offer time to time, this does not mean the old offer is less great, simply it is more saturated. So a perhaps less great but newer offer may convert more, and look like "great" to the affiliate.
