For example, buying a 15ml bottle from Vapor State's website is $9.99, a gas station 2 blocks away sells the exact same thing (Vapor State, not a generic) for $4.. :/

What's the difference between those juices? do they have high nicotine content compared to regular cigarettes or how that works? also the effect is the same? I apologize, I'm not a smoker.
