The best VR headsets, imho, are those that work with your mobile phone. Samsung's GearVR is a unit that requires a Samsung phone, but once you put the phone into the unit, it is a self-contained, mobile VR HMD (Head mounted display) that is wireless.
Of course, if you are looking for VR for hardcore gaming, then the Rift, the Vive or SonyVR will be better. For porn or entertainment experiences, the GearVR is the best.

Thanks. I dont have a fancy phone so I was hoping that if I did decide to get the OR it would be the same as having a fancy phone in a headset. Obviously not though.

I'll just wait a year or so to update my phone and get a headset then I suppose
