In addition whatever he does will more than likely be knocked down by the Supreme Court...as they have ruled every time the issue is before them...it is a constitutional right to buy and own guns. One can even legally own machine guns with the proper license. The only way to stop it is by constitutional admendment and that is not going to happen.
