The problem is that what we call "sex assaults" is a normal and accepted part of their culture. And they've been brought to different cultures where this isn't normal or accepted behavior.
Some might argue that it would be racist to infringe or impose upon their culture. And due to that, sex assaults by them is ok, something to be embraced, and something to be accepted.
I completely disagree. But I feel this is going to become a hotly-debated issue of political correctness in the future.
