I'm looking for great project management software that should:

Be user intuitive ie not have a massive learning curve from trying to do everything for everyone.
Let me create task reminders to email myself and others on a team.
Let me store files with a project
Important! Be able to be used offline

Please let me know if you use or have used something like this.
