Funny thing is...if THAT is his legacy he is in a lot of trouble.
Number one, it's falling apart financially. Number two, it has driven health care cost up exponentially.

As for the financial issues, the last enrollment period saw a lot of under-35's signing up, which will spread the insurance risk out over a younger, healthier demographic. I've also seen (somewhere) a claim that the law already saves the US over $300 billion in medical costs.
