The photo is of the man on the right, an English MP who somehow seems to want to text and offer money for sex repeatedly to an 18 year old. Nothing illegal, I guess, but he's paying for it in the press.
The guy with the Jesus sign is a great photobomb. Not at the level of the fat redheaded kid, but good nevertheless. What do you want from me, I'm not L-Pink!
