I agree with you.. While this "playboy mansion" means a lot to us pornographers this place is really a run down dump if it's true they let the family dog piss everywhere.. People outside of men that grew up stealing their dads playboys and us are the only ones that think this is a historic place..
If I had won the powerball and really was interested in buying it I wouldn't tear it down but I would have to gut it to make it nice again.. It's not worth over $80- $90 million and that is to someone that respects Playboy. You don't just make a house worth $200 million cause it was a huge party house.. Frat houses have huge parties all the time and they devalue the places. Restored in pristine shape I could maybe see that figure.
