The point is, he did not have nukes when Bill C was president. He acquired then while George W B was president. He threatened to bomb Washington DC. He is a madman. His human rights abuses are the worst on the planet. Children are starved, families incarcerated for generations. Every kind of torture is practiced. He supports warlords and despotic regimes.
All of the justifications for going to war with others, like Libya, Syria, Iraq, etc, he exceeds.
They have a more sophisticated nuclear missile program than IRAN, yet we are told by both parties that Iran is a huge priority. The safest, most well stocked unsanctioned nuclear lab in the world is in North Korea.
They may be "years away" from XYZ, but they are closer than they were.
