Definitely file a report, get a restraining order against him. Next time he calls call the telephone company and put a trace on the last number that called you. They will not release the info without a police report(which they will release that info to the police when you file a report). They can get this loser and put his ass where it belongs.
He will continue to stalk/harass you as long as you let him.
