awesome post! See if that was in this guys 1st post we would've understood this thread.
I assumed it was talking about napping. I use to do that. Work long hours to only get 2-3hrs sleep then a 4 hour nap after I finished the 2 day project. It's really hard on your body but it's needed from time to time
