I just got done going over the traffic number for the last 12 months and the search engine rankings. Sites hold Top spots on bing for many keywords and a constant flow of unique visits from these organic results. The traffic is all organic with the domains doing the work. Would never consider selling for anything under $2k and more likely then not will just update and optimize for google and reap the organic rewards before selling undervalue.
