It takes a special kind of stupid to look at the murder capital of the USA, where its almost exclusively blacks murdering blacks and start talking about a cop as if police of all things are the problem in Chicago. Sure, it was an unjustified shooting. There is no excuse for it,... but when you've turned your city and neighborhoods into a gang banging war zone, shit is going to go wrong on all levels.
