i was shopping for dedicated server for daily db and html backup and then i found googl cloud storage,its worth it... + peace of mind.
thew only issue i faced is implementing daily backup using google api system. but now its completely automatic., daily db + html backups with password protected , transferred to google cloud using https .,.,and prices are not that expensive. unless you plan on storing terabytes 's of data.
i am planning to keep/store last 6 months daily backups, to keep cost low.
