IP Geolocation and Online Fraud Prevention | MaxMind of whom are the only show in town in my book but offer a very nice platform that is likely the most accurate in the public sphere. You can always fall back on coordinates. Longitude and latitude and the like. It's what everyone uses who wants an independent custom solution.
