It's my understanding the entire water switch over passed all checks and balances up and down the system, environmentalists, laboratories, every component let it all happen. It's scary as mother fucking shit to think that shit was allowed to happen in the 21st century USA.
I think a local independent doctor there was the one that noticed, chronicled and revealed the lead in the children there. Otherwise this wouldn't have even been revealed.
