Maybe. If anyone was monitoring this server, they weren't security experts.
But still we are not clear if any laws were broken. Some people are saying this involved classified information, while the State Department says no illegal information was on the server. The CIA and other spy agencies will most likely want nearly everything classified as secret or what not; That's the nature of their business. So we can't even figure out if anything was classified.
If anything was classified, was it illegal for her to send any of this over email? I mean, this is all email, and if she sends an email from her living room or car to the White House, how many unsecure severs does it pass through? Does it matter if the White House was already hacked and compromised? Isn't all of this pointless being as a foreign power was already reading all email at the White House?
Don't get me wrong, I don't want Hillary to be President - I am utterly disappointed in the candidates both parties have right now. But I think this is a lot of nonsense about nothing. I think this is nothing more than a smear campaign by the Republican party - They planned this out four years ago when they knew Hillary would be a possible candidate for 2016.
