The liberal politicians in the EU are starting to realise, that this risks the split of the EU. Cameron wants a referendum ASAP because if the migrants start arriving there, most will vote to get out.
Austria, Poland, Holland and others are putting up limits on migrants or talking about it. Even Germany is starting to realise the mistake Merkel made.
The EU needs to tackle the problem properly. Islamic Turkey isn't a war zone, however, it is a country that's unpleasant enough for Muslim refugees to want to stay in.
The EU needs to be doing a deal with Turkey, or Greece, that funds the building of massive refugee camps and making sure anyone who gets out and tries to go North. Gets taken back to them.
A refugee is fleeing war, not walking across Europe to find the best benefits system.
