She didn't blame anyone for her son's domestic assault arrest. That's the point. She said that the current administration doesn't care about veterans and they're coming home from war zones with PTSD. And her son, who was in a war zone, came home with PTSD. She didn't say, "My son beat up his old lady because he has PTSD, and his PTSD is untreated because Obama called his doctor and directly forbid him to offer any treatment."
Once again, it's a spin job. That's like parents saying the lack of safety inspections/features on a vehicle was to blame for their child's death during a car accident, and the headline reading, "Parents Blame Ford CEO, Mark Fields for Son's Death" -- see how ridiculous that sounds?
