The Republicans are the ones in charge of the VA. They are the ones that have broken it. They are also the ones who aren't fixing it.
What is Trump going to do? He has no military experience, and no experience with the VA. But of course his lack of experience with the military and the VA and the government in general makes him qualified to fix it right?
Trump is a politician. He is going to do what everyone else does. He'll nominate someone to the position, and say it's fixed and pray it never becomes an issue.
