Here's how we did it. Model's cost $350 per scene. Which sold for an average of $3,000 each offline and $1,000 online. I still own the library and still make $500+ a month.
Studio, office costs in total were $500 per scene.
Great for those who can adapt. The OP's figures are probably about right for now.
