I think if we're not talking about one of the half dozen or so outfits that have any budget at all, then the only item that belongs on that list is the female talent- who is also the makeup artist.
For everyone else the male talent, camera, director, writer (lol) sound technician (rofl) and everything else including the webmaster are the same person who gets approximately nothing except another piece of content for his website which may or may not be earning income.
The "production assistant" is the talent's boyfriend or whatever that she brought along even though she knows she wasn't supposed to. He doesn't get paid unless she pays him.
