People don't understand that military soldiers are taught survival tactics when it comes to fighting. In a fight to the death there are no rules. Obviously this was no fight to the death, but only an idiot would take on a Green Beret knowing these guys are trained in multiple ways to rapidly incapacitate and fuck you up.
Dude was lucky it was only his eyeball. Could've been much worse.
