I do not know when you lived there, but I was there this winter. Maybe in 1994 or 95, the prices were low and everything was cheap, but not now. Just look at the ratings of most expensive cities, you will find Moscow in the top ten list. See the prices drastically change. In Moscow it is expensive, because there are so many foreigners, the money flows and the girls know their price. But outside of Moscow, life is bad and with it the prices are dirt cheap. Maybe for $50 you can get some crack whores or some ugly bitches to shoot, but if you want the good looking girls you gotta really open your wallet.
And those girls that you talk about, that come to japan and thailand to work are most likely from other cities in Russia and not from Moscow.
