Oh... and Ross... here is how this dispute is going to go down.
Paypal will find in my favor most likely, if not, here are the subsequent steps:
1) My bank files a chargeback. I recoop my money and paypal decides to allow the reversal or will not agree with it. If not agree with it we go to step 2
2) My bank will file a second chargeback. Now this is where it will get tricky for you, because paypal will make you sign a letter of acknowledgement that if you wish to further fight this charge that there will be an "arbitration" fee of $500 deducted from the loser of the outcome (you).
After this step 2 (if it would ever come), I will nicely prepare our skype convo, both of your sites, the fact you sent me an email receipt after I purchased which stated (no min or max clicks)... makes that irrelevant btw since those terms were after.
Giving refunds is nature of the business and me nowhere near happy after 29 hours of traffic I have every right to a refund if what I got is not what a reasonable person would expect from our skype conversation.
Here is the best for you to continue paypal claim (meaning not just refund the money and I close the claim)... you lose.
Here is the worst, you are fined an additional $500 and you lose your paypal account for using it to sell media space on a porn site.
