OK, so Caster bought shitty traffic (which is about what one can expect for $750 a month ad space) and his shitty sites couldn't convert the shitty traffic.
So naturally the person selling him said shitty traffic is a thieving scumbag as opposed to the real fact that shitty sites do not convert shitty traffic.
