What is that btw? Looks pretty incredible. I've never really been a dessert guy but in my old age I've come to appreciate certain ones after a fine meal.

Yeah, dessert was free as will be all the beer when I accept their invite to tour the brewery they just took over.
The dessert was a Toasted Almond Cream Cake which I paired with a lovely Aphrodisiaque by the wonderful Canadian micro-brewery, Brasserie Dieu du Ciel!
While I am not a big pizza guy, I do love a good dessert and this was fantastic. As I mentioned in my article, we are tiramisu snobs (I think I have J$tyle$ ex-wife to blame for that); we have tried tiramisu from all over the country/world in search of the best. This Toasted Almond Cream Cake almost made me think, "tira-what?" So, light and tasty. We should have asked for one to go.
As good as it was, the Aphrodisiaque was even better. I immediately thought, "Oh Canada" when I took my first sip.
